PARAMANIA GTX PARAGLIDING
$65,750.00Price
The GTX is the perfect wing for the "SERIES COMPETITOR", XC pilot and bivouac flying as well as the weekend pilot willing to travel.
The GTX is designed for comfortable and fast long-distance travel, but it also flies through turbulent air with minimal pilot intervention required.
Its predecessor, the famous Action GT, was beautiful in the air, but not as easy to take off.
In contrast, the GTX is ridiculously easy to get off the ground, even on wet, windless mornings, loaded with fuel and all the luggage. It just gets you off the ground quickly and efficiently every time.
The belt and trimmer system offers a wide range of speeds, but still maintains precise, light and progressive handling throughout.
In addition to the standard Paramania CLE Leading Edge system with rods, both the GTX and GTR are sharing the latest Reflex laminar flow technologies developed by MCJ
It features a novel integrated pressure reduction system; made with carefully placed holes in the trailing edge that equalize the pressure at the trailing edge. The result of this technology has proven to be quite astonishing. Thus the differences in passing between minimum and fast speeds are compensated with a flat polar curve and greater efficiency.
The GTX is the third addition to the Action family of Paramania Powergliders. Its predecessors, the GT and GTR Action are pinnacles of progress in paramotoring and the GTX is no exception.
Details
• Takeoff and level flight at low revolutions
• Integrated drag reduction system
• Easy to check and take off in very short distances
• Fly direct with minimal pilot input
• Improved directional stability, both during takeoff and during flight
• Excellent handling, responsive even with a wide range of brake travel
• Unmatched positive stability to the Reflex
• Simple, clear bands and control systems
• Paramania's highest quality - Gin design/manufacturing
• CLE* stands for "composite leading edge" - the word "composite" is used to describe the combination of different types of materials to improve their mechanical properties and to make a new material
• In recent years, in conjunction with Gin paragliders, Paramania have developed this system. It has been incorporated into most of our paraglider range - CLE** improves the start-up and operation of the leading edge and reduces weight.
